I have Lived here since August 09 I currently advertise properties on Condado de Alhama, Roda Golf and Beach Resort and La Tercia Golf Resort. There is no subscription fee when advertising with ourselves all i take is 10% of any rental i generate. For Example If i get you a rental for €300 i take 30 you keep €270.

We also Offer Property Managment/Keholding services, Golfing Packages, Discounted Green fee's on most courses in the Murcia Region, Golf Club Hire, Airport Transfers, Personal Transport Services, Car Hire, Granite Worktops for kitchens or bathrooms, Air conditioning Sattelite or cable TV.
