| Hi Carla We have an extractor and it has made a big difference. Before we had it the whole of the bathroom was so steamed up you could hardly see. It then took ages to clear, leaving puddles of water everywhere. Maybe the one you had fitted needs to be looked at, there might be a fault if it doesn't... |

Hi
Does anyone know if the water is back on. We have been told that there has been a burst pipe which has affected the penthouse's. There was no water all of last night.
I have spoken to Polaris and they say the water should be going through soon!!. But i'm not sure how soon is soon in Spain.

We were at Condado a couple of weeks ago and we saw real progress on La Isla.
There was work going on at 10pm one evening!!. It really is going to be fantastic. The grass is growing and its all going to look so different once all the trees and plants are planted. Very exciting

| Hi Caroline & June We have received the letter today and yes its 68 euro's for block 12. When we completed in October we were told it would be somewhere between 60 & 70 euro's. So at least they havent gone over the top. We were also told that because the Penthouse's dont have gardens to main... |

If your apartment is one of the middle ones the layout is the same as ours. We are in block 12 Los Naranjos, the penthouses. I know the apartments on the corners are very different, with large balcony's.

Hi
In August i am charging £38 per day.
The cleaning fee of 30 euro's is a one off charge, this is to have the apartment cleaned and laundry done on your departure. We pay 45 euro's but are passing on 30 euro's as most people are doing.
