| Hi, I'm sorry I can not help you there but it could be a Government tax because you are not a Spanish resident. I would ask your solicitor to explain what it is and how much. | They emailed me the bills to print off and then take to the bank next week to pay. sorry I did not mention which number N218 Jardin 2 Los Naranjos. Going to try and go to the town hall and get the other payments sorted out on Monday before that goes on and on waiting for the bill!!  |

we have just had our first payment taken out of our Cam Bank account the amount €346.68. We completed in October 2008 on Los Naranjos 2 bedroom top apartment. Has anyone else had theirs? |

| Hi Jacqui, we were told 70 euros and for now it says €93, which is €1116 a year an extra €276 a year and no doubt that will go up each year! As far as having no gardens to maintain on the penthouses, what is the cost of maintaining the lifts I would of thought they would be expensive to maintain mor... |
