On HR, properties were handed over from Oct 2007. We completed on ours in Nov. We had our first AGMs in June '08 and at that time we were told the level of our community charges. All our budget also caused consternation but it was set by PW and the contracts were let by PW. When you then elect your ...

Ryanair are getting strict on the amount of hand luggage allowed on flights. They are going to charge passengers who try to take more than one piece on board and that includes handbags and duty free bought air-side. Everything must be contained in one bag!!! See following article from yesterday's Su...

Erni, Sorry to hear of your experience with your snagging company. Its a pity that you used QPM's post to hilight your problems though. QPM did my snagging for me at HRGR and did a good job. If there's anyone else out there looking for a good snagging company, I would have no hesitation at all in re...

Ah Well. It was just a thought. :)

It would have been nice of PW to extend it to HR owners.

Wonder how busy it'll be this weekend??

Tony, From all those that have benefited from staying on HR, you have our sympathies. I'm sure it feels like you're living in a dream instead of living the dream. All I can offer is - when you finally make it, I'm sure you will appreciate what you've got and I hope the bad memories quickly fade. Har...

I got the email from PW re the free golf.

I would hope that its only gone out to HR owners who deserve the treat after waiting for so long. :)

All those others turning up for a free round should pay!!

Especially as I won't be there.

Thanks tvman. Where were you in Feb?? I was the first digibox installation by PW on the Friday before the 6 nations started. For those that are interested, The package works well except first thing in the morning when the reception is a bit dodgy - but I've heard its improved since April when we wer...

I presume from your wording, its the same channels but using a different digi-box. Am I correct?

If PW upgrade the service to include extra channels, will they be available too?

This subject has gon a bit quiet and I woiuld have thought there would have been more interest from owners. As Resortalia have now called the meetings and are trying to get the community involved at an early stage, it is now vital that volunteers are forthcoming to stand as presidents of their block...

Its easy to confirm your gas is connected correctly as all the gas meters are outside the apartments. You can trace the connections visually as they go up the wall from the meter and either disappear into your apartment or if you have an external utility area, you can see the connection going on to ...

Magsdan, Thanks for the info. Its good that the administrators are looking to get the community involved as early as possible, unlike at LT. From your conversations with Pepa, it looks like Resortalia are looking to work with the residents for the benefit of the resort - can't be bad! Only hope ther...

Thanks for the update Aiden.

Nice to hear that you managed to keep the bar open. Proves that the staff can be accommodating! :D

Looks like I'll be able to play at the end of the month then. Do you think a dozen balls will be enough :!: :!:

It has been reported elsewhere that the pools are all being filled this week, their filtration units are 'going strong' on those that are already filled and they should be open next month. It'll take a long time for them to heat up though - maybe September before I take a dip :!: :!:  The proje...

Ian,
Has all the fencing now been removed from around the blocks and the cranes removed?

I speak from the position of being on the other side of the fairway!! :D :D

Also what about the block still being built on phase 4?
Regards,
Harry

A happy QPM client

Not sure if Sucina has one as that question has been asked on other forums and no-one has responded. Might find the nearest one is Balsicas and think that would be expensive for them to come and take you from HR to Sucina. There's always the shuttle which will take you into LT. The only problem ther...

Aiden, As far as I know, the multiple rounds offer will remain current as it has replaced the membership option. :( Be aware though that only the person buying the discounted book of rounds is able to play. You cannot buy a book of four rounds with the idea of sharing it out. :( :( I found this out ...
