| Hi I recently picked up the keys for our postbox from the new administrators office which a couple of weeks ago was still in the white portacabin building on the outer road near to La Isla, however, they are in the process of moving to the town centre (Al Kazar) so not sure if they have moved as yet... |

I would be grateful if any of you on Phase 1 Terrazas could tell us poor people who are still waiting for their properties if the building work is continuing whilst Polaris are renegotiating their finances????? Particularly on phase 2

I am going out next Thursday to Jardin 2 I have e-mailed them to make sure I am connected to water and leccy but I don't know at this stage whether it is the new connection or still the builders supply will try and find out next week

We completed on Jardin 2 on 11th July by power of attorney going back out next month to finish off the furniture etc.
Good luck with your completion it will be worth it in the end

| Thanks Carol for some reason I had it in my head that they hadn't put shutters on the rear patio doors which wouldn't really have made sense and I nearly went out and bought some heavier curtains for privacy so thanks for saving me some dosh !!!! Whit woo !!! Just had confirmation today from my solicitor that the Hab Cert has arrived, should have completed on 1st July now completing on the 11th July so not too much of a delay. (Jardine 2, J129)
Hope this gives people confidence
