South west facing apartment providing the sun over the rear and front in the morning, over the front in the afternoon and setting to the west in the evening.
In the front is a retractable awning for those that seek the shade in the hot sun.
We are flexible on periods of rental meaning you can tailor you stay to your needs (perhaps to obtain the cheaper deals on flights).
Daily fees range from 30 to 50 euros depending on time of year and for each booking there is a one off additional cleaning fee of 35 euros.
We do ask for a 150 euros security deposit which will be re-embursed following inspection of the property after departure.
